How long is the Free Trial?
MoodleCloud offers a free trial plan for 28 days to explore the features available.
You can easily upgrade to one of our plans from your MoodleCloud Portal.
Can I add my own plugins to a MoodleCloud site?
To keep our plan costs low and your site simple to manage, you are not able to install any plugins or integrations. You can reach out to our Premium Solutions team to get a quote for more custom solutions.
How can I get support on a MoodleCloud plan?
For non-urgent issues and more frequently asked questions, self-service support is available on our knowledge base. If your site is down, you can contact our best-in-class Customer Support at Moodle HQ for priority assistance. If you are a MoodleCloud user, contact our support team via the MoodleCloud Portal.
Can I use a custom domain?
If you’re on a Medium or Standard plan, you can use a domain purchased through a third-party provider for your MoodleCloud site.
This is included in the cost of a Standard plan but an added cost for our Medium plans of $160 AUD/year, billed annually in Australian Dollars. Country-specific taxes may also apply. It can be requested via the customer portal. Learn more about using your own domain.
How do I upgrade my MoodleCloud plan?
